Alexnic Account & Product Messages is operated by ALEXINIC 02AIRWOMAN SHOP INC (Alexnic). It sends marketing or promotional messages about the Alexnic market-analysis product and account notifications about your text-message preferences and consent status to people who opt in through https://alexinic.com/updates. It does not send individual stock recommendations, price objectives, market-direction calls or investment performance content.
2. Message types
The program sends two message types:
- marketing and promotional messages about the Alexnic market-analysis product; and
- account notifications about your text-message preferences and consent status.
We do not send messages about individual securities, price movements, trading or investment performance through this program.
3. Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your text-message preferences and occasional product announcements. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Alexnic does not charge for the messages themselves. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network and is not guaranteed.
4. How to opt in
Visit https://alexinic.com/updates, enter a US mobile number, and check the optional SMS consent box. The box is unchecked by default. You may submit the form without checking it; consent is not a condition of purchase or of using this site. The opt-in keywords in the table below trigger the confirmation message shown in section 6.
By checking the box, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Alexnic (ALEXINIC 02AIRWOMAN SHOP INC) at the number provided, including marketing and promotional messages about the Alexnic market-analysis product, plus account notifications about your text-message preferences and consent status. Each contains no phone number and no link, and the marketing examples do not name individual securities.

8. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is not guaranteed.
The program is intended for the following major U.S. carriers, among others that support application-to-person messaging: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Metro by T-Mobile. Carrier support may change.
9. Privacy
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
